We’re talking about those activities that made you feel like a total rockstar, the ones that made your heart sing and your mind feel like a zen garden.

Time to Choose!
- Grab Your Journal:
- Dust off your journal you’ve been using throughout the challenge because it’s about to get real! You’re going to need it for some serious reflection.
- Find Your Space:
- Choose a cozy spot where you can sit comfortably and think without interruptions. Light a candle, play some soft music, or pour yourself your favorite drink (I won’t judge if it is an adult variety)—make this a special moment just for you. You deserve it!
- Set a Timer:
- Decide how long you want to spend reflecting. Aim for about 20-30 minutes. This is your time to dive deep into your thoughts and feelings. No distractions allowed!
- Review Your Activities:
- Take a stroll down memory lane and look back at each mindfulness activity we’ve tackled over the last nine days. Think about how each one made you feel and what you learned. Jot down quick notes about each activity to jog your memory!
- Identify Your Top Three:
- As you reflect, think about which three activities resonated with you the most. Consider the ones that made you feel energized, peaceful, or just downright wonderful! Trust your instincts—this is all about what speaks to you.
- Consider Why They Resonated:
- For each of your top three activities, take a moment to write down why they stood out to you. What did you absolutely love about them? How did they help you connect with the present moment? This is your chance to celebrate your favorites and give them the spotlight they deserve!
- Plan for the Future:
- Now that you’ve chosen your top three, let’s talk about how to keep the magic alive! Think about how you can incorporate them into your daily life moving forward. Whether it’s setting aside time each week for these practices or finding sneaky ways to blend them into your routine, make a plan to keep that fabulous energy flowing!
