Sometimes you find just the right meditation to break through the clouds and show some light and love. This helped me cope with a lot of trauma. I will come back to the Honoring Painful Feelings meditation in the future whenever my days are dark and I need some light.

I’m very open about spirituality but sometimes weary of tired self-proclaimed Wisemen and Wisewomen. I was delightfully surprised that your approach isn’t like that and I’m relieved your book isn’t fluffy.
The concept of getting in alignment with your inner voice is so powerful. I remember many times in college and many times in my life I didn’t listen to it. I thought I was the only one that had it. Claiming that we all have an inner voice that needs to be listened to is magnificent in its power.
Sending this book out into the world will be a source of healing for others.

😣 The idea that we need to tirelessly work at improving ourselves is kind of antithetical to something that I hold to be true: There is no perfect version of myself. Yes, I’m changing and healing, but my “imperfections” are what make me human and authentic. 👥
