Self Love Challenge – Day 10

Welcome to Day 10! WE MADE IT! I hope you can feel my gratitude and pride for you shining through this email. 

Self-love helps us take care of ourselves, lower stress, and strive for success.

When you make time to care for and appreciate yourself, it actually helps you recognize all the other good stuff in your life as well.

Showing yourself compassion opens your eyes to see the compassion others show you too. Doing little things that make you feel happy and fulfilled can remind you of all the blessings you already have – your health, loved ones, nature’s beauty, opportunities to learn and grow.

I’ve found that when I do nice things for myself like taking a walk, reading a book, or cooking something new, I feel more grateful for the ability to do those activities. After relaxing with some self-care, I’m usually more patient with others and quick to appreciate the positives around me.

Self-love allows gratitude to flow more freely in your life!

Even on the hard days, showing small acts of care, gratitude and love to yourself helps you stay connected to hope and joy. It’s about seeing the beauty in life and savoring it through all kinds of moments – the peaceful and the challenging.
