Self Love Challenge – Day 3
One of my goals during this challenge is to help strengthen your intuition. According to psychologist and researchers, “In the fast-paced, interconnected world, having a heightened sense of intuition can indeed be a valuable asset.”
These scientists came up with a name for practicing the art of intuiting: neuroception.
“These subtle smarts, often called neuroception (the brain’s undercover detective), can jazz up your decision-making, problem-solving, and creativity.” (Psychology Today)
Trusting Your Intuition
But many of us are taught to ignore our intuition. How many times have you ignored a “gut feeling” when you encountered a red flag?
We’re going to learn to trust this intuition, though. And mindful meditation is an excellent tool to help us get there.
