    I love Katharine’s practical, heart-felt and fun approach to, well, everything. My brain is always on the go. Always!!!! Remembering to slow down and be present isn’t easy for me. The reminders are really helping me because they are much more than “don’t forget to do this thing.” They are well thought out and I can turn to the Slack community or Katharine if I need a little extra support. I’m so glad I took the plunge and got the lifetime membership!
