Nothing Has To Be Done: Meditation, Neuroscience and Dissolving the Ego
I’ve read more than my share of ” how to meditate” books. Nothing Has To Be Done shares the neuroscience science behind why meditation is helpful.
And, unlike many others, it’s less about the only ‘right way’ to meditate and more about finding your own perfect path to the value of meditation. I also very much enjoyed the humor that kept it down-to-earth and interesting.
This would be a particularly great book for someone new to meditation, although it is also a valuable read for someone further along on their journey.
